• Led the redesign of a suite of workforce management SaaS solutions with a DAU of 5 million active users.
• Added feature enhancements and new feature sets for healthcare and banking verticals including
customization for Walgreens, CVS, JPMorgan Chase, Este Lauder, and Weight Watchers.
• Improved end-user experience by introducing a new real-time learning workflow for In-App help and guides.
• Updated the Employee Self Service app to modernize the feel by incorporating it into the new design system
and meet accessibility standards.
• Redesigned the Timeclock app to simplify user flow and lessen cognitive load by focusing CTA on the user’s
next punch.
